Ava walked back towards me from the bar carrying another round of drinks, put them on the table and slid back into the booth next to me. Her hand rested on my leg and slid up beneath the hem of my dress and I felt a shiver run through me. I’d met Ava about two hours earlier after coming in for a drink after an argument with my soon to be ex-boyfriend. I’d walked up to the bar and ordered a large glass of wine. I had been so intent on the wine I didn’t notice anyone on the barstools, but I heard her ask if I was ok. When I turned to tell her I was fine, my mouth fell open and I stared in shock.

Ava was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen. She had long brown hair with blonde highlights, and it was pulled back in a ponytail that hung halfway down her back.
